Teflon™ FEP One Coat Systems
Teflon™ FEP coatings provide excellent chemical resistance, superior electrical properties, and high service temperatures of up to 400° F.
Product Overview
FEP Teflon™ S (fluorinated etheylene propylene copolymer) one coat systems are an excellent option when looking for a high performing thin film solution. These coating systems are a combination of fluoropolymer with binder resin and are thermally set; they require a cure. This user-friendly coating line offers flexible cure schedules, as low as 320° F up to 650° F, while offering operational temperature ratings in the 300° F - 425° F range. The FEP one coats line is mainly solvent-based, with one powder option available. FDA conforming options are available.
