The most flexible, inexpensive and easy to use rack available. Engineered for lightning fast unloading and unparalleled versatility.
The patented design incorporates vertical uprights made from 3/4" Square, 18 gauge mild steel tubing and have holes spaced every 4" on-center for 30", 36", 42", and 60" lengths. Holes are spaced every 3" on-center for 72" lengths. The vertical tubes can be ordered with holes on one side or two. Frames ordered with holes on two sides allow for coating from both sides of the rack. Other lengths and hole spacing are available by custom order.
The top "U" tube is manufactured from 5/8" square tubing and slips easily in to the 3/4" tube. The "U" tube and vertical tubes are held firmly with a cotter pin or machine screw (cotter pins are supplied). Holes are strategically placed in the top U for single or two-point hanging. Stock widths are available in 20", 25", 30" and 40" widths. Other widths are available by custom orders. Due to the patented cantilever design, grounding is internal and requires infrequent stripping.
