    Teflon™ Industrial Coatings

    Freight for Teflon™ coatings
    Shipping charges for Teflon™ coatings will be calculated at the time of shipment and added to the final invoice.  Fees will be based on hazard class, weight, and shipping destination. 

    • All shipments are F.O.B shipping point.
    • Freezable products will be shipped in special boxes.  For UPS and FEDEX Ground service, a $39 per box freeze protect charge will be added to the invoice.  For LTL shipments, a $39 per shipment charge is added.  For more detail on the Freeze Protect policy, or to waive the freeze protection, contact our office.

     
    Collect Shipment
    There will be a $50 handling charge for shipping on a customer’s own account.  This charge offsets warehousing and packaging expenses that are incurred with the shipping and handling of our products.
     
    Product Certification 
    Product Certifications are issued from Intech Services.  Shipping is on a first in, first out shipping system therefore shelf life can not be guaranteed.  Several types of certifications are available via e-mail or fax.  Please request at time of order.
     

    • Standard Certification (lot number)- $25
    • Certificate of Analysis (lot number, solids, viscosity) - $50
    • Custom Certification (lot number, date of manufacture, shelf life) - $50
    • VOC Certification (customer required to provide VOC form with order) - $50

     
    SDS & Fact Sheets
    These documents are available with shipments, fax, or e-mail.  Registered users may also download documents at www.intechservices.com.  Contact our office for more information on registration. 
     
    Quantity Discounts
    For each shipment (excluding auxiliary products), the following discounts apply:  

    • Fluoropolymer Nonstick Liquids (Mixed Products Allowed)

    For mixed shipments Intech will consider 5kg = 1gallon

    1-59 gallons  / 1-299 kg Base Price
    60-149 gallons / 300-699kg  Base Price minus $2.00 per gallon or $ 0.40 per kilogram
    150 gallons / 700kg and above Base Price minus $3.00 per gallon or $ 0.60 per kilogram
                
    • Fluoropolymer Nonstick Powders (Mixed Products Allowed)
    Less than 300 kg  Base Price
    301 – 499 kg Base Price minus $4.40 per kg
    500 kg and above Base Price minus $8.80 per kg

    12% of the total order (some exceptions apply to equipment)

    Returns

    Request to return product must be made within 21 days of invoice date. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
